- 8 bounded Shopify storefront generation or revision actions per successfully paid billing period
- $3.50 internal AI usage allowance; separate action and provider-cost ceilings apply
- Saved previews, version history, Undo and theme ZIP exports
No free trial, automatic overages, rollover or automatic conversion from complimentary access. Previews, saved exports and Undo do not consume AI actions. Failed actions: restore an action only after confirmed platform/provider technical failure, no usable reviewable result and verified usage reconciliation. Actual costs and uncertain holds remain counted. Restoring an action does not replenish consumed AI funding.
Subscription policies: cancellation at paid-period end, exactly 168 hours of eligible export-only access with a UTC cutoff, and refund-request help within fourteen days subject to Paddle and mandatory rights. Full and partial refunds pause paid AI; access to the affected service and exports follows the verified refund treatment and applicable law. Proportional continuation remains disabled.

EXPECTATIONS AND SUPPORT
What is excluded from the initial subscription offer?
Standalone SEO/text AI, image AI, visual critique, live analytics, social/email delivery, video, voiceover and connected publishing. No unlimited usage or future-feature entitlement is promised.
How are failures and limits handled?
One requested generation or revision consumes one action and reserves its maximum estimated provider cost before processing. Unknown delivery or usage holds that reservation. There are no automatic paid retries. The failed-action policy restores an action only after a confirmed technical failure prevented a usable, reviewable result and usage was reconciled. Aesthetic dissatisfaction alone does not qualify; mandatory remedies remain unaffected. Actual costs and uncertain holds are preserved. At either limit, new paid work pauses until sufficient allowance is restored through verified reconciliation or a new paid period begins after payment and entitlement are verified. Separate safety and cost ceilings still apply. A calendar date alone never renews access. See the subscription policies for access and payment rules.
How do I cancel, export or ask for help?
Use the verified Paddle subscription-management route once available, or contact support@naadra.co. Routine acknowledgement targets two business days. Staffed hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 Africa/Casablanca. A thirty-minute critical response target applies only during staffed coverage, not 24/7. Exactly 168 hours of eligible export-only access after ordinary paid-period-end cancellation are provided under the cancellation policy, with paid expiry and export cutoff shown in UTC. No new scans, paid AI or state-changing Undo during grace; refund/suspension restrictions still apply. Cancellation and erasure are separate requests. No subscription-management or payment flow is available on this website.
