Who provides Form?

NAADRA LLC, Wyoming, United States, operates Form and supplies the software and product support. Contact support@naadra.co. The initial build-and-review offer is not open for purchase. The initial service is intended for invited adult, authorized US business representatives. Subscriptions are closed.
If the paid launch is approved, Paddle would act as authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for subscription payments. Under its current Buyer Terms, Paddle.com Inc. is the contracting reseller for buyers purchasing from the United States; the applicable entity and final total are identified in checkout and the receipt. This identifies Paddle's published buyer contract, not a claim that Form's Live account has been approved. These service terms govern Form's software; Paddle's terms govern the payment transaction.
Product direction and current scope
Form — Your AI Website Assistant. The initial Founder Beta combines an assisted public-page review with Shopify storefront generation and revision. Other capability areas are excluded.
These terms describe one Shopify website and one business account. The initial beta does not include the wider assistant roadmap.
Founder Beta scope
One assisted initial public source-HTML review covers up to five pages on a single owner-authorized origin, subject to robots and access restrictions. This initial review is not a recurring monthly entitlement. It does not log in, fetch customer databases or change a website. Additional automated scan allowances are not offered. Form supports AI-assisted storefront generation and scoped revisions, responsive previews, saved version history, exact Undo and native Shopify theme ZIP export. Standalone SEO/text AI, AI image generation, visual critique, live analytics, social/email delivery, voice/video and connected publishing are not included. Shopify embedded distribution is separate; this offer uses the standalone Form website.
The subscription price is USD $39 per month, before applicable tax, with no free trial. Each successfully paid billing period separately includes 8 bounded Shopify generation/revision actions and a $3.50 internal AI usage allowance, subject to separately enforced action and provider-cost ceilings. No automatic overages or rollover are included. Discounts, upgrades and prorated plan changes are not offered or approved. The allowance is a Form usage limit, not cash or a transferable balance, and not an additional fee on top of the subscription price. No automatic additional AI funding or charges are provided.
A new generation or requested AI revision reserves one action and an estimated processing cost. If canceled before provider processing, the reservation is released. The failed-action policy restores one action for a confirmed Form or AI-provider technical failure when no usable, reviewable result was delivered and provider usage has been authoritatively reconciled. Review must bind the request, result and available provider records to a technical failure preventing an output that can be opened and meaningfully reviewed. A success status alone does not prove usability; aesthetic dissatisfaction alone does not establish a technical failure. Applicable rights concerning defective or misdescribed service remain unaffected. Actual processing costs remain counted against the allowance; a returned action does not reimburse those costs. Uncertain outcomes retain their action and conservative cost reservation pending review. Failure stops require review before an explicit new request; no automatic retry is made. Any new attempt also requires applicable authorization and available allowance. Saved previews, Undo and ZIP exports consume no AI action. New AI work stops when access expires, is suspended or lacks sufficient allowance.
If either allowance is exhausted, further paid operations remain paused unless verified reconciliation restores sufficient available allowance, or a new paid billing period begins after payment and entitlement are verified. Separate action, provider-cost and safety limits still apply. An action restoration does not replenish consumed funding; a calendar date alone never renews access. Eligible saved previews and exports are governed separately.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Once separately enabled, checkout must show the price, tax, monthly renewal and cancellation terms before you affirmatively purchase. A subscription renews monthly until canceled; there is no automatic conversion from the complimentary access. Access is linked to your verified account and payment, not a browser redirect.
The cancellation policy provides cancellation at the end of the paid period and exactly 168 hours of export-only access after the recorded paid expiry. The cancellation confirmation must show the paid expiry and export cutoff labeled in UTC; any local-time equivalent must name its timezone. During grace, eligible saved-work reads, previews and exports are allowed; new scans, projects, design actions, paid AI, approvals and state-changing Undo or restoration are unavailable. Refunds, disputes, failed payments or security/legal restrictions can suspend new AI work earlier. See the cancellation and refund policies. Export access cannot bypass a suspension or unresolved payment evidence.
Your content and design review
Keep your account secure. Provide only catalog facts, briefs and images you are entitled to use. Do not submit customer/order datasets, credentials, sensitive personal information, identity documents, people images or unnecessary third-party information. You retain rights in supplied content and permit processing only as needed for the requested service, support, security, recovery and applicable obligations through the disclosed providers. No general publicity or model-training licence is requested.
AI proposals may be inaccurate or non-unique. Review product facts, imagery rights, accessibility and business suitability before use. No sales or commercial outcome is guaranteed. Saving or Undo does not publish. Shopify installation, product binding and publication remain your separate actions; exported local identifiers are not verified Shopify product IDs.
Processing instructions and privacy
For identifiable merchant content processed on your instructions, purposes are the authorized initial HTML review, requested generation, previews, export, support, security and recovery. Operations include storage, organization, generation, private display, return and eligible deletion. Permitted data concerns account/catalog/contact material, excluding the prohibited categories above. You provide lawful instructions and collection authority; NAADRA uses confidential access and proportionate security, discloses providers and material changes, and assists applicable rights, incidents and reasonable compliance enquiries.
The privacy notice describes provider roles, international access, retention, rights and suppression safeguards. Actual provider agreements, any required subprocessor permission/transfer procedures and applicable state-specific processing terms must be completed before accepting real merchant data.
Support, interruptions and acceptance
Routine support acknowledgement is targeted within two business days. Staffed coverage is Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 Africa/Casablanca. A thirty-minute critical response target applies only during explicitly staffed coverage; there is no 24/7 support or uptime guarantee. Legal rights and incident deadlines are not deferred by support hours. Form may restrict access for security, misuse, exhausted capacity or allowances, with appropriate lawful notice and export/rights handling.
The applicable dated terms, privacy notice, price and subscription policies must be presented before purchase and acceptance recorded. Material changes require appropriate notice. Form subscriptions are currently closed.
